South Alabama has added former Kansas State linebacker Gavin Forsha to its program for 2023, a source confirmed to AL.com . Forsha (6-foot-3, 225 pounds) played in nine games for the Wildcats in 2022, totaling 10 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, a sack and a pass breakup. He has two seasons of eligibility remaining, plus a redshirt year if necessary. Forsha has not publicly announced his commitment, but updated his Twitter bio to indicate that he's now a member of the South Alabama program. He visited Mobile earlier this month and was offered a scholarship by the Jaguars on May 12.
